No. The rack comes pre-assembled as a single, integrated unit. You simply step on the integrated bottom foot pedal latch to deploy the tripod legs and fan out the top arms.

How much weight can the hanging arms securely support?

The reinforced aluminum and wood configurations can hold between 40 to 45 pounds (18–20 kg) of total evenly distributed laundry. However, it is not recommended for heavy wet blankets or bulky winter coats.

Will it tip over if I don’t use every single hanging rod?

It can tip if heavy items are placed entirely on one side. Users are advised to balance the weight evenly across opposite sides of the 360-degree rotating arms to maintain center-gravity stability.

Can it be used outdoors on a balcony or patio?

Yes, it is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. However, because of its lightweight aluminum structure, it can wobble or tip over in strong, gusty winds unless the tripod feet are weighted or anchored down.
