FAQs

Can I run the grinder continuously until my ingredients are fine?
No. You must operate the grinder in short bursts of 30 to 45 seconds. Running the 300W motor continuously can overheat the unit and cause it to stop working or smoke. If used for up to 45 seconds, let the machine rest for 60 seconds before using it again.
Is the stainless steel grinding bowl removable for washing?
No. The stainless steel cup is permanently attached to the motorized base. Do not submerge the unit in water or place it in a dishwasher. Clean the inside by wiping it with a small brush or a dry cloth.
Can I use this grinder to chop onions, garlic, or ginger?
No. This is strictly a dry ingredient mill. Adding ingredients that contain moisture or water will rust the blades, stall the motor, and potentially short-circuit the electrical base.
How do I control how fine or coarse the grind is?
This model has a single-button control and no adjustable dials. The texture is determined entirely by time: a 5-second pulse yields a coarse grind, while a 15 to 30-second pulse produces a fine powder.
Can I fill the bowl to the very top?
No. It is recommended to never fill the grinding bowl more than 2/3 full. Overloading the chamber puts excessive strain on the blade system and leads to uneven grinding results.
