Why does my air fryer smell like burning plastic when I first turn it on?

This is normal for brand-new units. It is caused by protective factory coatings burning off the heating element. To clear it, run the air fryer empty at 200°C for 10–15 minutes in a well-ventilated room before cooking food.

Does it require preheating?

No, but preheating for 3–5 minutes at your cooking temperature ensures better, more consistent results, especially for meats and baked goods.

Can I cook multiple items or layers at the same time?

Yes. Because of the extra-large 10L capacity, you can fit more food. However, do not overcrowd or tightly pack the basket, as overlapping blocks the 360° hot air circulation and leaves some areas soggy.

Can I put aluminum foil or baking paper inside?

Yes, but only if weighted down securely by food. Never place loose foil or parchment paper in the basket during preheating, as the internal airflow can pull it up into the heating element and cause a fire hazard.

How do I clean the front visual window?

Wait until the unit cools down completely. Wipe the glass panel with a soft microfiber cloth dipped in warm, soapy water. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemical cleaners, as they will scratch or cloud the window.
