Can it run continuously until the fufu or meat is fully ready?
No. To protect the 5000W copper motor, you must pulse the machine. Do not run it continuously for more than 15 to 30 seconds at a time. Allow it to rest briefly between pulses to prevent overheating.
Can I put raw, hard yam directly into the bowl to pound it?
No. The machine cannot process raw, unboiled yam tubers. You must boil the yam, cassava, or plantain until it is completely soft and tender before placing it into the bowl to pound.
How do I safely remove the food from the bowl?
Always unplug the machine from the wall socket first. Remove the motor head, then completely lift out the central blade spindle using its top plastic handle before scooping your food out with a plastic or silicone spatula.
