The included small solar panel converts sunlight into electrical energy, which is fed through the connected cable to charge the fan's internal rechargeable battery. For optimal charging, the panel needs to be placed outdoors in direct sunlight.

Can I use the fan while it is charging?

Yes, most solar rechargeable fans can operate while connected to the solar panel or an AC adapter (if it supports dual-mode charging). However, using the fan at high speeds while solar charging may slow down the battery replenishment process.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?

Battery life depends entirely on the speed setting used. Generally, a full charge will run the fan for 3 to 5 hours on high speed, and up to 8 to 12 hours on low speed.

Does the fan work on cloudy days or at night?
